Free IUCN-PAPACO MOOC Materials for Protected Areas professionals

The PAC takes this opportunity to alert you to an online training (MOOC) for Protected Area staff in particular – on various topics related to PA management – which may of interest to you or your networks. Please pass this information on as relevant and apologies for any cross-posting.

The training materials for these MOOCs are developed by IUCN-PAPACO (the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Programme on African Protected Areas and Conservation) and its partners. The courses are free of charge and open to all. Please take a look at the website which provides more details on the various courses and below is an overview of the next starting dates for these courses. They are repeated about twice a year, so if you miss these dates, there will be another opportunity. You can also download resources for reading and viewing later.
